| General conditions of selling
1. Editorial products general sales conditions
It is first specified that these conditions govern the sales, by Flammarioncentre.com,
of the books published by the Centre Beaubourg and sold by the bookstore. These conditions
apply with the exception of any other conditions, notably those in force for the sales in the bookstore.
ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
1.1 – Our products prices are indicated in Euros and in French Francs inclusive of tax (VAT + other taxes,
and notably taxes on videograms), without the contribution to processing and mailing costs (see Period and cost).
Concerning the book’s price, it is established in accordance with the 81-766 Lang law of the 10th of August 1981.
1.2 – In the case of an order towards a country other than Metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s)
in question. For all the products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will automatically be
calculated tax-free on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or importation duties or State taxes are
likely to be demanded. These duties and fees do not come under the responsibility of the Flammarioncentre.com bookstore.
You will have to pay for them and they are fully under your responsibility, in terms of declaration and payment to the
competent authorities and organizations of your country. We suggest that you ask your local authorities for information
about these aspects.
1.3 – Every order, no matter the origin is, is due in Euro.
1.4 – The Flammarioncentre.com bookstore reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment, but the products will be
invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the moment the order is registered, subject to availability.
1.5 – The products remain Flammarioncentre.com’s property until the full payment of the price.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
- On the Internet: The Flammarioncentre.com bookstore.
The contractual information is presented in English and there will be a confirmation repeating this information at the
latest during the delivery.The Flammarioncentre.com bookstore reserves the right to cancel or to refuse any order made
by a client with whom there would be a dispute relating to the payment of a prior order.
ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION
You declare being aware of and accepting these general sales conditions before making your order. The order’s validation
is equivalent to an acceptation of these general sales conditions.
Except there is proof to the contrary, data registered by the Flammarioncentre.com bookstore constitute evidence of all
the transactions made by the Flammarioncentre.com bookstore and its clients.
ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY
Our prices and products offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last.
For the products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid, subject to availability at our suppliers.
Within this framework, we give information on availability while you make your order. As this information comes directly
from our suppliers, errors or modifications can exceptionally happen. In the case there is an unavailability of a product
after you made your order, we will inform you by e-mail or regular mail as fast as we can. Your order will automatically
be cancelled and you will immediately be refunded if your bank account has been debited.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
The products are delivered at the delivery address you registered during the ordering process. The indicated period is an
average, usual, period, and it corresponds to the processing and delivery time. When articles are deliverable at different
dates, considering their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest period. The Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore
reserves the possibility to split up the deliveries. The contribution to the processing and mailing costs will only be charged
for one mailing. The Flammarioncentre.com bookstore can’t be held responsible for the consequences due to a shipping delay.
Any order that is not sent within 30 days following the order is canceled, except contrary stipulation notified in the sale offer.
If there is a delay, you will receive an e-mail.
If you pay with a credit card, the indicated period is an average period and it corresponds to processing and delivery time for
the products whose destination is Metropolitan France and Monaco. In case of split up delivery, only the sent products are debited.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
You can pay :
- with a credit card : Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard
The card is debited only when the order is delivered.
- either with a bank cheque
ARTICLE 7 : SECURITY
Our website has a security system :
We adopted the SSL encoding process, but we also reinforced the whole scrambling and encoding process in order
to protect more efficiently all the sensitive data related to the means of payment.
However, Flammarioncentre.com cannot in any case be held responsible for the violation of security rules by
a third party.
ARTICLE 8 – SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK
8.1 – You have seven days starting from the receipt to return the product which wouldn’t suit.
In that case, the return and mailing cost will be at your expense. We will onky refund the price of the
product(s) you bought. The returns should be sent to: Librairie Flammarioncentre.com BP 4121 75163 PARIS
CEDEX 04 in their original packaging, complete (accessory, instructions…), in good condition,
and with a copy of the invoice.
ARTICLE 9 – PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
We undertake to refund you, or to exchange the defective products or the products not corresponding to your
order. In that case, we thank you for letting us know in a detailed way, put down in writing, and sending us
back the product(s). The Flammarioncentre.com bookstore will proceed, in accordance with your choice, to the
refund or the exchange of the product(s). The request must be made within seven working days after the delivery.
Complaints made after this deadline won’t be accepted.
The mailing fees will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced amount, and the return fees will be refunded.
In any case, you benefit from the legal warranty clauses, notably those relative to the warranty against hidden defects.
This article’s clauses don’t prevent you from benefitting from the right of retraction (satisfied or your money back),
as exposed at the article 8.
ARTICLE 10 – REFUND
The product refund in the cases exposed in the articles 8 and 9 will be done within seven days or less after we receive
the products.
The refund will be made according to the Flammarioncentre.com bookstore’s preference by credit on your bank account or
by bank cheque addressed to the name of the client who made the order and at the invoicing address. We won’t accept any
cash with order mailing, whatever the reason may be.

ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 – All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore websites
are reserved as the authors rights and intellectual property and for the whole world. Therefore, and in accordance with
the Intellectual Property Code clauses, only an utilisation for a private use, subject to different or even more restrictive
clauses of the Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, partial or total, of the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore website
is strictly forbidden.
12.2 – Some products, such as notably software, are subject to personal and specific use rights regulating the copies, public
diffusions, location. You must respect these products general sales conditions and the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore cannot
be held responsible for any use that could be made of the products in that case.
ARTICLE 13 – RESPONSIBILITY
The proposed products are in accordance with the French legislation in
force. The Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore’s responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non-respect of the legislation of the
country where the products are delivered (for instance, if a book is banned…) It is up to you to verify with your local authorities
the possibilities of importation or use of the products or service that you consideer buying. Pictures are communicated by way
of illustration. We suggest that you report to each product’s description to see its precise characteristics; and in case of
doubt, or if you wish further information, please contact us. In the case of obvious error between the product’s characteristics
and its representation and/or sales conditions, the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore won’t see its responsibility engaged. In the
case of hypertext links pointing to other websites from the Flammarioncentre.com, the bookstore won’t be responsible for the
content of the information furnished by these websites after activation of the links.
In the case of a purchase for professional reasons, the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore won’t be responsible for any indirect
damage resulting from this particular contract, operating losses, profit losses, exchange losses, damages or expenses.
ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
This contract is governed by French law.
The language of this contract is the English language
In case of dispute, only French courts are competent.
ARTICLE 15 - NOMINATIVE INFORMATION
The Flammarioncentre.com Boookstore undertakes not to disclose to third parties information that you communicated. It is confidential.
It will only be used for the processing of your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and cultural and product
offer reserved for the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore clients, notably the newsletters of the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore to
which you will have subscribed and also for the personalization of the website according to your centre of interest. However, when
you arrive on the Flammarioncentre.com Bookstore from some Flammarioncentre.com partner websites and identified as such, data concerning
yourself is likely to be exceptionally communicated to them.
To have access to information about yourself they might have registered, we suggest that you write to the partner website from which
you come. If you don’t want to, please inform us, via the addresses below. Consequently, in accordance with the Informatique et Liberté
